All videos load on my laptop so I do have access.
But on my iPad some videos load without issues. Others show the loading circle and then display the message. ‘’ unable to verify security to load, contact your internet provider ‘’
Any ideas. Some videos load, some don’t. Same internet etc
Thanks Steve - you beat me to it. The website and app work better on Google Chrome. It could be your other browser on your iPad hasn’t been updated in a while?
I also have issues with videos loading on my iPad. Found that using Chrome browser (rather than Safari) solves the problem. Perhaps worth a try?
