In the Baritone course Matt gives the usual tunings used on the Baritone. High D ,Low d and the same pairings with gCEA and GCEA.
On guitar players often use one of the drop D tunings

Some Hawaiian players like Led Ka’apana like to use those open tunings to replicate what they would do on the top four strings of a guitar for Ki Ho’Alu (slack key.) I quite like it for blues tunes too. It’s not that common though.
