In this lesson I’ll teach you the Beach Boys classic God Only Knows, which I believe to be the most beautiful and harmonically interesting pop song of all time. I’ll explain the chord progressions and smooth key changes. We’ll also explore voice leading and extended chords. Even if you don’t care for theory I’ll show you how to play the beautiful chord inversions in simple ways that sound absolutely gorgeous on ukulele.
