There are two new lessons up on the courses this week.
Jazz and Blues: St Louis Blues
In this lesson we take a look at one of the very earliest published blues song. W.C. Handy's St Louis Blues would go on to become the template for 12 bar blues for decades. We'll take a look, including the often overlooked latin B section. You'll learn about 12 bar blues structure, chord slides, triplet strums, run downs and much more.
Baritone Ukulele: A Lonely Waltz
In this lesson I’ll teach you a really emotive chord melody arrangement or a piece called a Lonely Waltz. We’ll look at how to add dynamics to your finger style and explore legato and vibrato.
